This unit can fit up to eight adult guests comfortably with 3 bedrooms, a 1 car garage (with a 4 car driveway for additional private parking). The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private adjoining bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom has a full-size and twin-size bunk bed combination. Wi-fi and Netflix are included with the unit, and there are two TVs located in the living room and the master bedroom. The private outdoor patio is furnished as well for your outdoor enjoyment. This duplex unit is a full time corporate home so our guests will have access to the entire house including the laundry room. Kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils, and cookware is also provided. Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the bedroom closets. The unit is located in the Aksarben area of Omaha, and is very close to University of Nebraska-Omaha, Aksarben Village (shopping/restaurants), University of Nebraska Medical Center, Baxter Arena, and its a short drive to Downtown Omaha. We live and work close to the property so we are able to quickly address any issues that arise. We ask that phone calls after 9pm be limited to emergency maintenance only.
