Description

We are moving to Ireland for 13 months due to a job opportunity. This is our primary home, and has never been a rental. It is well-maintained, and in a wonderful neighborhood.
I will work this spring on taking out all our personal item, clothing, etc. and moving to storage. The home will be available on July 1st, with a minimum of 6 month rental.
The home feeds to Highland Park Elementary, Lamar Middle School, and McCallum High School.
There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The primary bedroom has a king bed, 2 closets, and a wet room with a rainfall shower and soaking tub.
Two bedrooms feature queen beds each, and the fourth has a bunk bed system with a twin up top, a full below, and a twin trundle underneath. Two of these bedrooms feature extra large walk in closets. The whole house is hardwood and tile, except the bunk bed room which has carpet.
There are two living rooms and a small office. One of the living rooms has a nice TV, and the primary living room has a wood burning fireplace. There is also a heated/cooled sunroom that is perfect for a playroom for kids, or a relaxing place to read a book.
All the furniture and decor and finishes are from high end places: Copenhagen, Pottery Barn, West Elm, Anthropologie, Design within Reach, Williams Sonoma, Crate and Barrel.
We did a complete home renovation in 2016 down to the studs and put high end finishes and appliances (GE Monogram extra large fridge and GE Monogram 6 burner gas stove with griddle and double ovens, 2 (TWO!) Bosch dishwashers, and Maytag Maxima front loading washer / dryer).
There is parking for 1 car in the garage and a circular driveway for additional parking.
Utility allowance up to $500, plus weekly pool maintenance and bi-weekly lawn maintenance and maid service / home cleaning. Credit check and background check required but I will pay for it. 50% of one month's rent deposit required. Dogs OK (up to 2), but we have allergies to cats so no cats.
There is a downstairs section of the home that is an additional bedroom / bathroom but is not part of the rental. That is where I plan to store all our personal items.
