Nestled in a quiet neighborhood that is extremely close to Austin's own lively nightlife and delicious restaurants. Ultra close to Downtown, grocery stores, Austin Community College, and the University of Texas. Short and inexpensive Uber rides to anything you could want to do in Austin - including Zilker Park where ACL is hosted.
Please note there is no dishwasher or sink in the kitchen, but a large double sink is in the bathroom right next to the kitchen. There is the possibility during your stay that we will need to show the home to possible future renters. We will notify you and arrange a time that works for everyone. :)
One parking spot is available, so we request guests only bring one vehicle.
The owners live adjacent to the property and will be available upon necessity.
Disclaimer: Any Electric Scooters left on the property will be charged a $250 fee.
