Discount 10% off for 3 months or more. All bills paid with a $500 / month cap. Available June through September. No Smoking, prefer no pets but am willing to discuss and will add a pet deposit. I will send House rules upon serious inquiries. Yardwork and hot tub maintenance will be paid for. If you want someone to come in and clean the house periodically while you are there, they charge $300, but is available if you want.

This property is a 10-acre ranch with a 3400 sq ft mostly one-level renovated ranch house with a 2-car detached garage and a beautiful 8-stall barn. It is located 6 miles from the quaint town of Sisters…home of the Sisters Rodeo, the Sister’s quilt show, numerous festivals, and quaint shops. You are just 15 miles from Bend, where you will find fine dining, shopping, arts, concerts, and more. The surrounding area offers just about every recreational sport you can think of. Tourism abounds!
This house offers an open floor plan and is set up to show off the most beautiful close-up view of the Cascade mountains and their beautiful sunsets! Floors are all laminate or tile except for the upstairs loft which is carpeted.
The driveway is a longer gravel driveway culminating in lots of parking by the house. There are 3 steps up onto the front covered porch/deck where there is a glider to sit on and watch the sunrise in the east. The barn sits to the North of the house and the property is surrounded by a white fence.
The backyard is fenced with a deck that hosts a propane grill, a propane warming table, and a round 6-person dining table. There is a new 7-person saline hot tub where you can view the mountains by day or the amazing stars of Central Oregon by night. A brand-new firepit can be used when there are no fire restrictions or heavy winds. There is an agricultural pond out back strictly for attracting wildlife.

Kitchen:
Granite countertops, very large kitchen island, fully equipped with everything you will need to make a gourmet meal, full-size refrigerator with icemaker, and water dispenser. Dishwasher, microwave, hot water dispenser for tea, etc. 2 bar stools that abut up to the island, and a 4-person log table sitting in the breakfast nook with a pristine view of the mountains. There is a coffee bar with a coffeemaker and Keurig.

Entry room/living room
3 couches, 2 recliners, and a daybed. There is a 65-inch wall-mounted smart TV, gas fireplace, cabinet with games, puzzles, cards, and some shelves with books. The day bed will open into a king bed. Coat closet. There is a “mud room off of this room.

Family room/dining room
A couch and 2 big chairs, this room also hosts the big log dining table that seats 8 with a close-up view of the mountains. There is a dining hutch with all sorts of linens/placemats for the table. There is a piano in this room!

Bathrooms:
There is a large bathroom off the main master bedroom with a jetted tub, and a walk-in 2-person shower. The secondary master bedroom hosts a full bath off of it and then there is a full bathroom in the hallway by the other 2 bedrooms. Hair dryers in all the bathrooms.

Bedrooms/beds:
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with 2 nightstands, each with a phone plug-in. There is a large dresser with a 55-inch smart TV and a walk-in closet. There is a glass sliding door that opens onto the deck with a gorgeous view. The secondary master bedroom has a king bed, a dresser, a closet, and 2 nightstands with plug-ins for phones. The 2 other rooms both have 2 extra long twin beds in each room that can be pushed together if needed. They also have dressers and closets and phone plug-ins. There is also a full log bed upstairs in the loft with a dresser and a day bed that pulls out into a king. All the beds and mattresses and bedding is new!

Laundry room:
Washer and dryer and laundry sink. Full-size ironing board. The first aid kit is in here. There are lots of cupboards here for storage. Vacuums, dust mops, etc are in this room.

Rec room:
Not really a full gym but it does have a Nordic track bike(commercial S22i studio cycle) and a ping pong table and yoga mats. There is also a table that could be used as a computer station or? This area could be set up as office space.

Upstairs:
Stairs climb up to a carpeted loft, double log bed, dresser, and a 6-person table. There is a sliding glass door out onto the upper deck. A room with a view!!!
