Mystic Pine is the perfect getaway for your friends and family. Tucked away less than 5 mins from the Heavenly Resort and 3 mins from the Hard Rock Casino, you'll find yourself close to all the attractions Tahoe has to offer! Lakeside Beach is a short 2 mile drive away, where you can enjoy swimming, paddle boarding, and other water sport activities. The village and Edgewood are a few minutes away for dining or golf.

The main floor welcomes you with a spacious living room, game room, kitchen, and dining area. Gather around the wood-burning fireplace and turn on your favorite shows on the Samsung Smart TV after a long day on the slopes. Looking for some friendly competition? Nearby, there is a small ping pong table that also doubles as a pool table!

The large backyard is great for the four legged friend to run around in! During the winter, have snowball fights and make snowmen in the yard. In the Summer, grill up some burgers on the BBQ grill and have family cookouts.

The kitchen is well equipped with a waffle maker, drip coffee maker, toaster oven, dishwasher, and more to make you feel right at home. Enjoy homemade meals and gather around the dining table, with seating for 8. There is a small dining nook in the kitchen or a high table in the game room for 4 if extra seating is needed!

The 1st master bedroom is downstairs and has a Queen bed and en suite bathroom. The remaining 4 bedrooms are upstairs. The 2nd master bedroom has a King bed, seating around a Smart TV, balcony access, large walk in closet, and an en suite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a King bed and the 4th bedroom has a Twin bunkbed, great for the kids! The last 5th bedroom has 2 Full beds. There is a shared 3rd bathroom upstairs with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.

The washer and dryer in the laundry room are great for longer stays! There is parking for 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars on the driveway.

Please note: If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 1 small (under 25lbs) pet can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
