This townhome is located less than 3 blocks to the beach, 6 blocks to HB’s Dog Beach (yes, we are pet friendly), 1 mile to Main Street and the Pier. Only 2 blocks to the local neighborhood market, and 2 blocks from a small strip of shops such as a coffee shop, restaurant, nail salon, taco shop, and more!
Did you know we are home to some of the most epic events? Surf competitions, 4th of July events, Air show, Marathons, Car shows, and more. All so very close to this townhome! Not to mention a short drive to Disneyland, perfect location for the beach and Disneyland Vacation!

In the large living room entertainment and relaxation are catered with comfortable couch to relax on. The 75? 4K TV is just one of the dominant features, which provides access to some streaming devices, some basic cable, Xbox One, and PS4. In the cabinet you will find a couple family friendly board games to play as well. The couch is also a comfortable queen sofa sleeper.

The kitchen space has everything you’ll need to prepare a family dinner or have a morning cup of coffee (supplies provided – Keurig, Nespresso, Pour over). Enjoy the large dining table to host your family or friends for a full dinner experience. Attached to the kitchen is the outdoor patio space which has a grill and outdoor seating area comfortable for relaxing. You’ll love this private space!

You’ll be greeted with a hallway of 2 bedrooms with a laundry space (supplies provided) off the bedroom patio, and bathrooms (one in hallway, one in bedroom). Enjoy the king beds and large 4K Smart TVs. We also provide a pack n play crib and a twin rollaway bed.

You will also be provided a garage (has beach supplies) or use the designated parking spot for this unit. You can also park in front of one of the garages, or there is normally plenty of free street parking in front of the unit. In “other things to note” you will find more detailed information about renting our e-bikes during your stay… we also provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, sand toys (child friendly!), wagon, cooler, and more to make this beach vacation one to remember!

*Quiet time is at 10pm (music off, voices down)
*Please do not disturb neighbors
*Bringing pets? There is an additional fee of $25/night per pet. Please notify me prior to arrival (up to 2 pets) — over 25lbs requires $250 pet deposit
*No smoking or parties!
*Pack ‘n Play (Crib) available in closet, if needed

Electric Bikes:
*Must sign contract prior to usage (Plan to provide email upon booking)
*Must provide $200 deposit (refunded at checkout upon bike inspection)
*$40/day per bike

Cameras/Devices:
*Minut – sound detection at high decibels – I will be notified and if it gets very loud you will be notified too (we cannot hear what is being said, just measured sound decibals)
*Smoke detector – I will be notified if there is smoking inside the townhome ($200 fine)
*Exterior Cameras – facing the garages, facing the front of the building, facing the side of building, inside the garages – in place for safety measures

Protecting each other’s health and safety is very important to us. We are doing our part in keeping our vacation rental as safe as possible to prevent any spread of any disease/illness.
