You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beach condo. Located between HWY 101 and Neptune; walk to the beach, restaurants, local galleries', ice cream shop and wine bar. One mile from downtown Encinitas with more bustling shops, a full service beach with playground and restrooms. A 15 minute drive to Legoland and the famous Carlsbad Flower field. The condo provides a peaceful pool/ jacuzzi and BBQ for all your grilling needs.

For those in the medical profession: We are centrally located about 5 minutes from Scripps Hospital Encinitas, and 20 minutes from Scripps Green, Scripps Memorial, Palomar, Tri-City and Camp Pendelton.

A calm, clean and cool escape from the hustle and bustle of beach life. We purchased this unit in 2013 and did a complete renovation. In 2022 we added mini-splint air conditioning as well as new fans, dishwasher, shower glass and shower heads. This highly desirable area of Leucadia/ Encinitas is the perfect place to visit for work or pleasure. The condo has two bedrooms (King and Queen) as well as a queen pullout couch in the living room. The entire unit has tile floors, quartzite countertops, and a well stocked kitchen.

For those not familiar with HWY 101, there is a train that runs parallel to the HWY. It’s a beautiful ride up and down the coast, however, expect occasional train noise.
