Welcome to Woodinville! You'll feel right at home in this 3 bed,1.5 bath fully furnished home on 3/4 wooded acre in the heart of Woodinville wine country. The home is close to Microsoft and many other big corporations with offices on the Eastside. The home features 1 queen bed, 1 full size bed, and one daybed that folds out into a king. The bedroom with the queen bed has an attached bathroom. The other bathroom is separate and located in the hallway. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals at home including: coffee maker, instant pot, dehydrator, microwave, deep fryer, and stainless steel and cast iron cookware. The property feels secluded and private but is just a 1 minute drive into town for shops, grocery stores, and restaurants to fit every budget. Woodinville is situated near Redmond, Bothell, Bellevue, and Kirkland and is a short 30 minute drive to downtown Seattle. Kirkland and Redmond are about a 10-15 minute drive from the house. After a long, hard day of work, come home to peace and quiet in a cozy home. Relax in a tranquil setting located in a safe, family friendly neighborhood with kind, friendly neighbors. Enjoy your time off and replenish yourself surrounded by nature. Just a short 5 minute walk to walking and biking trails (which you can take to the wineries). Outdoor, nature loving enthusiasts will enjoy all that the beautiful pacific northwest has to offer in your free time.
If you are an outdoorsy nature loving person, you are just 45 minutes from the mountains. Take a short trip to famous Snoqualmie Falls (where Twin Peaks was filmed), or go to the Olympic peninsula and visit the Hoh Rain Forest, the largest temperate rain forest in the U.S. Or take a ferry to one of the many surrounding islands (Orcas island, San Juan Island, Bainbridge Island, Vashon Island, Camano Island to name a few). In short, nothing is more than 3 hours away in any direction. We are surrounded by beautiful mountains such as the Cascades, the Olympics, Mt. Rainier, and Mt. Baker (which you can get to in just 3 hours). The Pacific Ocean is a 3 hour drive. If you have time, go visit Vancouver, Canada which is just a short 2 hour drive from our house. If you like to really explore the surrounding areas when you travel, you can visit each of these places in a day trip. With all of our beautiful lakes, mountains, forests, and beaches, this area is truly a nature lovers paradise. Whether you want to relax while sipping wine at one of the many tasting rooms just a minute away from the house, or treat yourself to the spa, or would rather explore the surrounding areas more, from hiking to biking to boating, or just enjoying the city, you will love everything this area has to offer in your off time.
